Shah Rukh Khan, 61, waved and blew flying kisses to crowds outside his Mumbai home Mannat after his late‑night birthday celebrations on November 2. A fan, Yusuf Shaikh, posted the moment on X, showing the star in casual wear and a beanie before getting into his luxury car that had been parked at the Taj Hotel until the early hours of Monday.

Celebration

Fans gathered at Mannat hoping to see the actor, while his children Aryan and Suhana Khan were also seen leaving the party. The same fan claimed Salman Khan attended the bash, though no official confirmation was given.

Film Promotion

During the outing SRK treated fans to a snippet of “Tu Mil Jaaye”, the title track of his forthcoming movie King, sung by Arijit Singh, Ed Sheeran and Madhubanti. The clip shows SRK and Deepika Padukone romancing and hints at the film’s intense action. A handwritten billboard at Mannat displayed his thank‑you note: “Thank you all for your wishes and love. Sending mine right back to you all,” signed “lots of love and a big hug.” King, directed by Siddharth Anand, marks SRK’s return after a three‑year gap since the 2023 film Dunki and follows his second collaboration with Anand after Pathaan, which earned ₹1,050 crore worldwide. The December 24, 2026 release stars Deepika Padukone (her sixth film with SRK), Abhishek Bachchan, Suhana Khan (her theatrical debut), and a supporting cast that includes Arshad Warsi, Raghav Juyal, Rani Mukerji, Jaideep Ahlawat and Saurabh Shukla.

Context

King is being billed as SRK’s big comeback, building on the massive box‑office success of Pathaan and the star’s long‑standing chemistry with Deepika Padukone, which raises audience expectations for the December release.
