The Race

Although Martin tried to fight back, the defending champion set the fastest lap to pull away and cross the finish line first. This marked Marquez's fourth win at Motegi and his 79th MotoGP victory overall.
Podium And Standings
Behind the leaders, Bezzecchi held off a hard-charging Bastianini by just 0.4 seconds to claim third place. Raul Fernandez finished fifth after battling Ai Ogura, followed by Pedro Acosta, Bagnaia in eighth, Aldeguer in ninth, and Luca Marini in tenth. Alex Marquez dropped to ninth after serving a double Long Lap Penalty for a Sprint incident. In the standings, Martin leads with 333 points, followed closely by Marquez with 331 points, and Bezzecchi in third.
Context
Motorcycle racing championships often feature intense rivalries where small points margins late in the season decide the title. Riders must balance aggressive overtaking with careful tire and machine management over long race distances.
