UPDATE - follow-up to Chery iCAUR 03 spied in India: Chery iCaur 03, a 5-seat electric SUV from Chinese carmaker Chery, has been spotted in India without camouflage, sparking interest in its potential launch under the JSW Motors nameplate. The vehicle, which is part of Chery's iCaur sub-brand alongside the V23, boasts a 2,715mm wheelbase and 195mm ground clearance. Powered by a 69.8kWh battery pack with a dual-motor setup, the iCaur 03 produces 279hp and 385Nm of power, with an AWD configuration. On the NEDC cycle, it can achieve up to 418km on a single charge. The iCaur 03 is currently scheduled to be launched in India, with JSW Motors reportedly testing several other Chery-made products in the country, including the Jetour T2, Chery iCar V23 and Jaecoo J5. Chery has already filed a design patent for the iCaur 03 in India, showcasing its rugged and modern design. The vehicle's interior features a 15.6-inch infotainment system, 9.2-inch digital driver's display, powered front seats, ventilated front and rear seats, Level 2 ADAS and a 360-degree camera.
