Respect and care for everyone, regardless of background

Respect costs nothing, yet it's one of the rarest things people give freely. Everyone you meet - the security guard at your gate, the delivery person at your door, the classmate who thinks differently than you - is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Treating people with basic dignity, regardless of their job, background, or beliefs, isn't a favour you're doing them. It's simply who you choose to be.
