NSE IPO: Price band set at ₹1,700-1,785 per share; check key dates, issue details

The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) has set its initial public offer (IPO) price band at ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per equity share, with subscriptions opening on September 17 and closing on September 21. Anchor investor allocations are scheduled for September 16, while the lot size is 8 equity shares. The IPO has reserved 50% of shares for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), 15% for non-institutional investors, and 35% for retail investors. The basis of allotment is tentatively set to be finalized on September 22, with refunds initiated on September 23 and shares credited to demat accounts on the same day. NSE shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 24. The IPO process is being closely monitored by market experts, who believe it will have a positive impact on the market.
