Bellona Hospitality aims for Rs 600‑650 crore revenue by FY30 as it plans to grow its restaurant count to 100 outlets. The food‑and‑beverage arm of Phoenix Mills Ltd currently runs 32 restaurants across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Lucknow under six brands – Ishaara, Dobaara, Cha Hongkong Eating House, Eight, Allora Milano and Legume. Managing Director Prashant Issar told PTI that the company posted around Rs 150 crore revenue in FY26. To fund the expansion, Bellona has earmarked Rs 100 crore of capex, to be raised from internal accruals. The rollout will focus first on the five cities where it already operates, adding 20‑30 new outlets using existing infrastructure. After that, it will look at other major markets such as Hyderabad and the Delhi‑NCR region, and will also target upcoming Phoenix Mall sites in Kolkata and Indore. Issar said the bulk of the new openings will be under the Cha, Ishara and Eight brands. While the firm once eyed the Middle East, current conditions have paused overseas plans, leaving India as the sole focus for now.
Context
Phoenix Mills Ltd is known for developing large shopping malls across India, which provide high footfall locations for restaurant brands. Expanding within its own mall network helps Bellona reduce site‑search costs and leverage existing supply chains.
