LinkedIn, founded in 2003, says it has over one billion members in more than 200 countries. Kohli’s profile lists him as Professional Athlete at Indian Cricket Team, Co‑Founder at one8world and Investor at Agilitas. The former captain has amassed 9,230 runs in 123 Tests, 15,109 runs in 317 ODIs and 4,188 runs in 125 T20Is. In his debut post he wrote that he wants an India where every sport is followed, celebrated and played, and that a new generation is proving India can build global‑level sports brands. He explained that his investment in Agilitas and co‑founding of one8world aim to create an end‑to‑end sports platform covering manufacturing, consumer brands and distribution. Kohli said the launch of one8world in his home city was one of the most meaningful moments of his life and that the vision is to build something that will outlive all of us. ## Context LinkedIn is used by professionals to network and showcase achievements, and athletes are joining to expand their personal brands and explore business ventures beyond the field.
