Physical fight breaks out between contestants on Bigg Boss 20

Contestants Nakul Dhull and Gullu got into a physical fight inside the Bigg Boss 20 house, leading to reports that wildcard entrant Nakul may have been evicted. The show is hosted by Salman Khan and streams on Colors TV and JioHotstar under the theme 'Tathas-Two', which gives housemates a second chance at survival.

The Fight

The trouble started when Nakul overheard Qazi Touqeer talking to housemates Gullu and Mahhi Vij about an incident where Qazi allegedly spat into fellow contestant Scout's ear. Nakul told Scout about the conversation, and Scout, Yung and Nakul went outside to confront Qazi. Gullu then intervened and said something that made Nakul angry. When Nakul walked towards Gullu, the two got physical, and other contestants rushed in to stop them. Mahhi Vij cried and shouted during the clash, asking why Nakul had hit Gullu.

Reactions

Gullu's team posted on X to demand Nakul's eviction, calling the incident unfair and questioning how news of the fight leaked on Saturday when it actually happened on Sunday. They also condemned physical violence and crossing personal boundaries. Actor Karan Kundrra posted on X to praise Gullu for staying calm, composed and respectful. Meanwhile, another promo showed contestants Love Gill and Asif in a heated argument, prompting viewers on social media to call Asif's behaviour controlling and urge Love to focus on her own game.

Context

Reality television shows often experience heightened tensions and dramatic confrontations as contestants spend weeks isolated together under round-the-clock camera surveillance. Physical violence typically violates the core rules of such programs, frequently resulting in strict disciplinary action or sudden evictions from the house.
