Swiggy Dineout Renames Annual Food Festival After Actor Ravi Kishan

Swiggy Dineout has renamed its annual Great Indian Restaurant Festival as the Great Indian Ravi Festival, placing actor Ravi Kishan at the center of the campaign. The dining event runs from September 14 to October 24, 2026, offering discounts of up to 50 percent across more than 57,000 restaurants in over 84 cities across India. Participating locations include cafes, pubs, bars, luxury dining spots, and family restaurants.
Campaign Details
The new campaign builds on Ravi Kishan's recent popularity on social media, where his dialogues and expressions have been widely remixed. The campaign film features the actor in a larger-than-life style and includes references to online phrases like "Jaldi the Late" and "Home from Work," while the tagline "Discount Followsss My Brothaaaar" draws from his viral dialogues. Dhruvish Thakkar, AVP Marketing and Revenue at Swiggy Dineout, stated that the festival was rechristened because the actor has been trending heavily online.

Customers can get an extra 10 percent instant discount using HDFC Bank cards, along with 10 percent back as DineCash on bookings made through Dineout. Cities taking part in the festival include Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Goa, Jaipur, Indore, Coimbatore, Chandigarh, Lucknow, and Udaipur. Brand chains such as Good Flippin' Burgers, Punjab Grill, YouMee, One 8 Commune, Mainland China, Paradise Biryani, and Absolute Barbecues are also participating.
