Tiger Woods returns to golf practice after car accident
Reported by Manish Reddy (Senior Writer) · BBC Sport ·
Tiger Woods says he can hit almost any shot after returning to the practice range for the first time since a car crash six months ago. The 50-year-old golfer has not played at a major tournament since he missed the cut at The Open in July 2024. Woods was seen hitting golf balls at Liberty National in New Jersey in a video posted on his Instagram account ahead of the Nexus Cup. He is hosting this charity event to raise money for his TGR Foundation. During a clinic at the event, the master of ceremonies asked him about his current form, and Woods told the crowd he can hit pretty much anything.
