New Nvidia and AMD chip launches might get delayed until 2028

Nvidia's upcoming RTX 60 series and most of AMD's RDNA 5 graphics cards might skip a 2027 release date. Fresh leaks report that these major hardware lines may not arrive for consumers until 2028 instead. Nvidia is reportedly planning its GeForce Rubin architecture around this updated timeline. At the same time, competing manufacturer AMD is also expected to push back the bulk of its RDNA 5 GPU rollout. Industry watchers note that hardware development cycles are shifting as companies take more time to build their next-generation processing chips.
