Luxury car maker McLaren is investing 500 million pounds in the United Kingdom to build its very first performance sports utility vehicle. This major project aims to help reindustrialise Britain and will also support local efforts to address youth unemployment issues in Woking. The new vehicle is specially designed to target Formula One fans who have children.
Market Competition
With this upcoming vehicle launch, McLaren will directly compete against luxury rivals Lamborghini and Ferrari in the high-performance family car market.
