Google releases new beta software and updates for Pixel devices

Google is rolling out the Android 17 QPR2 Beta 5 update for Pixel devices. This release arrives alongside a new September Pixel Drop that brings updates for Pixel VIP, new features for the Pixel Watch, and tools aimed at helping users reduce doomscrolling habits. Additional updates in the rollout include the Android 17 QPR1 release and the 2026 September Pixel Update for Pixel phones.
