Volkswagen India announces new driving event series for owners

Volkswagen India has introduced a new driving and community platform called Track Day Experiences, also known as VWe. The first-ever edition of this event will take place at the CoASTT facility in Coimbatore on October 10 and 11, 2026.
Activities and Venue
The two-day event features a mix of on-track and off-track activities built for drivers with different skill levels. Participants can take part in lead-and-follow sessions, autocross challenges, slalom exercises, an off-road obstacle course, go-karting, and vehicle handling demonstrations under expert guidance. The main circuit at the venue measures 3.8 kilometres long and features 14 turns. The registration fee is set at Rs 2,500 for each participant.
Who Can Join
This opening event is open to owners of specific performance models, including the Virtus GT, Taigun GT, Tiguan R-Line, Tayron R-Line, and Golf GTI, along with media members. Beyond driving, the platform includes technical masterclasses, networking sessions, lifestyle activities, hospitality areas, and family-friendly zones. Volkswagen states this format is designed to help owners build driving confidence and understand their car's dynamics while keeping customers connected to the brand after purchasing a vehicle.
