What Happened

Actor Tiger Shroff escaped uninjured on Sunday evening when unidentified attackers opened fire at him in the Juhu area of Mumbai. The incident occurred around 7 PM as the actor was returning from a private event. Three men on a motorcycle carried out the attack, leaving two people wounded. Shroff's driver, named Firdaus, sustained a hand injury and is out of danger, while an auto-rickshaw driver named Chauhan is currently undergoing medical treatment.

Investigation

Mumbai Police have formed multiple teams to track down the culprits and launched a full investigation. A forensic team visited the location to conduct a preliminary analysis of the scene. Deputy Commissioner of Police Mohit Kumar Garg stated that all police branches are working on the case to gather more information and trace the suspects.

Claims

Following the shooting, a social media claim emerged linking the attack to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Gang members Anil Pandit and Harman Sandhu claimed responsibility in an online post, stating the attack was a warning over Shroff working with actor Salman Khan. However, Mumbai Police have not yet officially confirmed the gang's involvement in the case.
