White House revokes press badges for reporters from Politico, CNN and MS NOW

UPDATE - follow-up to Journalists denied White House access after Trump banned some media outlets: US President Donald Trump has banned select news organisations from the White House, leading to press badges being taken away from reporters. An MS NOW reporter and a photographer tried to enter the White House grounds on Saturday morning, but their badges failed to scan and an officer confiscated them. CNN and Politico both reported on Saturday morning that their own journalists were also denied entry and had their press passes seized after the ban was announced. Trump stated that the restriction on these outlets was put in place because they are fake news.
