Game creator Hideo Kojima addresses the sudden shift from PlayStation to Xbox

Studio Response

Kojima Productions has asked players to treat reports about why the studio switched from PlayStation to Xbox with a dose of scepticism. Reports earlier claimed that PlayStation dropped Kojima's upcoming game Physint because of missed deadlines and weak sales figures for Death Stranding.

Kojima's Stance

Hideo Kojima himself stated that talk of a fallout with PlayStation is exaggerated. He added that his relationship with PlayStation remains strong despite the studio now partnering with Xbox to develop Physint.
