Father critical after collapsing at wild teen party in Brisbane

A man is in critical condition in hospital after he collapsed while picking up his child from an out-of-control house party in the Brisbane suburb of Capalaba. Police had to rush to the scene after the gathering of teenagers spiralled out of control.

Police Response

Officers faced a hostile crowd when they arrived to shut down the loud party. People in the crowd started throwing glass bottles at the police officers and their vehicles. Authorities had to call in extra backup, including Polair and riot police units, to bring the chaotic situation under control and clear the area.

Arrests Made

Following the violent clashes and the chaos at the property, law enforcement officers arrested a teenager at the scene. The young person now faces charges related to the incident and the attacks on police.
