Bollywood photographer Sneh Zala has shared details about his interactions with film stars, revealing that Arjun Kapoor has bought cameras for photographers in need and Kannada actor Yash offered to cover financial losses for media personnel who skipped photographing him.

Arjun Kapoor

Sneh Zala described Arjun Kapoor as one of the kindest people in the film industry, noting that even when the actor loses his temper, he quickly apologises and explains his concerns. Sneh recalled that Arjun understands the relationship between celebrities and photographers and made arrangements for the media during his sister Anshula Kapoor's wedding celebrations. The paparazzo revealed that Arjun has personally bought cameras for photographers who could not afford them.

Yash

Sneh also spoke about Kannada superstar Yash, whose film Toxic released on August 26, 2026. While Yash was shooting and dubbing for the movie in Mumbai's Madh area, he noticed the difficult and uneven terrain and worried that photographers might get hurt trying to capture him. Yash asked the photographers not to wait outside every day for two months and even offered to pay them if they suffered any financial loss from not taking his pictures. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic stars Yash alongside Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth, and received a lukewarm response at the box office.

Context

Paparazzi in major Indian entertainment hubs like Mumbai maintain a regular daily presence outside film sets, studios, and airports to capture celebrity movements. While public relations teams often coordinate media access, direct personal interactions between actors and individual photographers outside official channels remain relatively rare.
