Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff's team has issued a warning about fabricated stories, artificial intelligence-generated videos, and false claims spreading online following a recent shooting incident. The official statement clarified that the actor has neither made any public comments nor authorised any communication regarding the event.

Official Warning

The team noted that several digital platforms and social media pages are circulating scripted narratives and fake videos falsely attributed to the actor. The statement called this material completely unauthorized and designed to mislead the public, while urging media outlets and platforms to verify information instead of chasing engagement or money.

Legal Action

Creators and pages caught promoting or circulating the fabricated content face appropriate legal action, according to the notice. The team stated that it is taking note of these instances and holds the right to pursue all available legal remedies against those responsible, asking the public to rely only on official channels.

Incident Details

The shooting incident occurred around seven in the evening on a Sunday, October 18, when three motorcycle-riding attackers opened fire at the actor's car as he left a football ground in Mumbai's Juhu area. While Tiger escaped without serious injuries, his driver and a bystander sustained gunshot wounds and went to the hospital, leading to three arrests in Kota, Rajasthan, by Mumbai Police and Rajasthan Police.

Context

High-profile crimes and safety incidents involving public figures frequently trigger waves of unverified social media content and speculative rumors online. Celebrity management teams often issue formal statements and legal warnings to protect the reputation of stars and prevent the spread of misleading information.
