Middlesex wins cricket trophy after long wait thanks to Roland-Jones and Higgins

Middlesex ended a long trophy drought in cricket after senior seamer Roland-Jones delivered a match-winning performance on the big stage. The victory was set up earlier by Higgins, who scored a crucial hundred to give the team a strong shot at winning the final. Roland-Jones used his years of experience to trouble the batters and secure the vital wickets needed to seal the win for Middlesex, bringing a successful end to their wait for silverware.
