Small-cap apparel company Iris Clothings saw big stock price swings on Monday, September 21, touching a new 52-week high before dropping back down. The share price opened at ₹65.38 and rose up to 3.3 percent to reach ₹66.72, which is its highest point in a year. The stock then fell 5 percent from that peak to hit a low of ₹63.40 during the session. This market movement happened alongside a major business announcement. Iris Clothings stated it signed an agreement with Amazon to sell its Doreme products online as part of its digital growth plan. The firm expects the tie-up to boost online visibility and make Doreme items available to buyers in more places across India, working alongside its current offline store network. Managing Director Santosh Ladha said the Amazon deal helps the brand reach shoppers outside traditional retail channels. Iris Clothings started in 2004 and is based in Howrah, West Bengal. It designs, makes, and sells children's wear, running seven factory units and two warehouses. The company reaches buyers across 26 states through a network of over 140 distributors and has been listed on the NSE since 2018. For FY26, the company posted a total income of ₹190.9 crore, an EBITDA of ₹29.4 crore, and a net profit of ₹16.2 crore.
