NSE Share Sale Costs Top 390 Crore Rupees

The country's largest stock exchange spent 392.12 crore rupees on expenses related to its upcoming share sale.

Banker Fees

Investment bankers took home 186 crore rupees from this total amount in fees and commissions. These banker payments made up nearly half of the entire offer cost.

Other Costs

Advertising and marketing formed the second-biggest cost head for the exchange. The total offer expenses came to 1.74 per cent of the overall 22,561.5 crore rupee offer for sale. The main exchange is scheduled to list later this week.
