Fee Deadlines
The regular fee payment window without any late charges runs from October 30 to November 16, 2026. For students who miss this initial deadline, late fees apply in stages. A late fee of Rs 50 applies for payments made between November 18 and December 1. A higher late fee of Rs 200 applies from December 3 to December 14. The final payment window carries a late fee of Rs 500 and runs from December 16 to December 28.
School Responsibilities
Schools must collect and send the fees through the Headmasters' online integration system using Cyber Treasury. For regular fee submissions, schools must remit the amount between November 4 and November 17, and submit student data to the District Educational Officer by November 21. For late-fee submissions, schools must follow matching deadlines ending on December 2, December 15, and December 29 respectively, with data submissions due by December 7, December 17, and December 30. The District Educational Officer must submit school examination rolls to the Director of Government Examinations by December 10 for regular submissions and December 31 for late submissions.
Fee Structure And Exemptions
The standard examination fee is Rs 125 for all subjects, while students taking up to three subjects pay Rs 110. Vocational candidates must pay an extra Rs 60 in addition to the standard academic fee. All payments must go through the official website login at bse.telangana.gov.in using Cyber Treasury, as manual bank challans and IFMIS portal challans are not accepted. Meanwhile, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Backward Classes categories are completely exempt from paying the exam fee.
Context
Standardized exam schedules help educational boards and schools manage fee collections and student data verification smoothly ahead of public examinations. The Directorate of Government Examinations oversees these administrative processes to ensure all eligible students complete their registrations on time.
