Representative image · PexelsThe spiritual drama Hanuman Ansh has collected over ₹370 crore worldwide after being made on a strict budget of less than ₹2 crore. Producer Anupriya Nagar revealed that the project faced a tough time securing financial backing during its post-production stage. Several Bollywood producers turned down requests to invest because the movie featured new actors, a debutant director, and a small financial scale. The film opened with a modest collection of just ₹10 lakh on its first day before growing through audiences. After the unexpected box office success, many of the industry figures who originally rejected the film reached out to apologise and offer support. Directed by Vishal Chaturvedi, the movie is based on the life of Neem Karoli Baba. Shobhinaw Satyaa plays the spiritual guru, charting the journey of a grieving young man named Lakshminarayan who seeks peace after his mother dies. The supporting cast features Vihaan Shedge, Chandan K Anand, Purnima Tiwari, Anil Rastogi, Gulshan Pandey, and Bhagvandas Patel.
