Allotment Details

Applicants can check their allotment status online through the official websites of the Bombay Stock Exchange, the National Stock Exchange, or the registrar KFin Technologies using their PAN, application number, or demat account details. Shares will be credited to successful investors' demat accounts on October 27, while refunds for unsuccessful applicants will be processed on the same day. The equity shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on October 28.

Offer Structure

The public issue consisted entirely of a fresh issue of 27 crore shares with no offer-for-sale component, set within a price band of Rs 1,065 to Rs 1,119 per share. Out of the total proceeds, Rs 27,500 crore will be used to repay borrowings of its wholly owned subsidiary, Reliance Jio Infocomm, with the rest earmarked for general corporate purposes. The grey market premium stood at Rs 250, indicating a potential listing price of Rs 1,369 based on the upper price band.

Context

Large public offerings like this require investors to verify their allotment status through designated stock exchange portals or official registrars before funds are refunded or shares are credited. Initial public offers provide companies with capital from public markets to fund expansion plans or pay off existing debts.
