Mahindra has revealed the 2026 Bold Edition for the Bolero as an accessories pack that will be offered through its dealerships. The company has not yet announced the pricing for this new package.
Design Changes
The Bold Edition adds bronze styling elements to both the exterior and interior of the SUV. Bronze highlights feature on the front grille slats, front bumper, and fog-lamp surrounds. These accents also extend to the side cladding and roof rails. The alloy wheels and outside rearview mirror caps are finished in bronze to match the other exterior details. Inside the cabin, the seats feature black leatherette upholstery with bronze accents, alongside designer floor mats and a rearview camera.
Specifications
This is not the first time the Bolero has received this styling treatment, as a similar version was also released in 2025. Under the hood, the vehicle keeps its regular mechanical setup. It runs on a 1.5-litre three-cylinder diesel engine that produces 76hp and 210Nm of torque. The engine comes paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. For comparison, the standard Bolero model currently carries an ex-showroom price ranging between Rs 8.57 lakh and Rs 9.99 lakh.
Context
Automakers often introduce cosmetic accessory packs to refresh the look of older vehicle models and keep buyer interest alive without launching a complete redesign. The Mahindra Bolero remains a well-known utility vehicle on Indian roads, frequently receiving special editions to maintain its market presence. Dealership-level accessory packages let buyers customize their vehicles directly at the point of purchase.
