Minister Nirmal Kumar criticizes DMK and Udhayanidhi over remarks in Madurai

Minister Nirmal Kumar has accused DMK leader Udhayanidhi of speaking without restraint and in an intoxicated state during the daytime in Madurai. Speaking to reporters in Madurai, Kumar claimed that Udhayanidhi is speaking in a very bad way out of extreme frustration, and that his true nature and the nature of his family are now coming to light. Kumar stated that DMK members are synonymous with vulgarity, questioning whether women would support the party or join it given such language. He also pointed out that a female candidate was standing behind Udhayanidhi during campaigning while he spoke crudely, noting that the woman looked around in distress during the incident. Kumar alleged that the family cares only about rule, power, and money, and lacks any concern for other matters. Additionally, he mentioned that an RTI exemption applies to certain law and order cases, and noted that Chief Minister Vijay is set to launch the 'Thai Maman Thanga Mothiram' scheme the next day.
