Netweb Technologies shares opened higher and touched an intraday high of ₹4,484.50 per share during morning trading following strong Q2 results for 2026.
Market Performance
The company's shares were offered in the primary market in July 2023 at an upper price band of ₹500 and listed at a whopping 89% premium on the NSE at ₹947. The stock is currently trading around ₹4,400, which is roughly 780% higher than its IPO price. The recent surge is driven by strong demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure, leading to exponential growth in sales, order book, and net profit year-on-year.
Brokerage Projections
Equirus Securities reported an order intake of ₹2,630 crore at the end of the second quarter compared to ₹2,510 crore quarter-on-quarter. The report also noted an order pipeline of ₹11,150 crore and an L1 pipeline of ₹650 crore, while inventory days rose to 117. Equirus maintained a long rating with a December 2027 target price of ₹5,560, while noting that the company needs to tighten its working capital and free cash flow generation. Meanwhile, Mahesh M Ojha, VP of Research and Business Development at KC Securities, advised existing shareholders to hold the scrip with a stop-loss at ₹4,040 and suggested that breaking above ₹4,650 could push the stock to ₹5,150.
Context
Stock prices in the technology hardware and infrastructure sector often react strongly to quarterly earnings reports and future order book projections. Brokerage firms regularly issue target prices based on expected future earnings and industry demand trends like artificial intelligence adoption.
