Veteran playback singers Udit Narayan and Kumar Sanu return together after two decades for a new movie track

Two legendary voices of Hindi cinema are singing together once more after twenty-one years apart. Udit Narayan and Kumar Sanu share the microphone on a fresh track titled 'Suniyo Zara' from the upcoming movie Suryaa: Ant Se Aarambh Tak. Vocalist Anupam Amod joins the duo to form a three-singer team for the piece.

The Music And Video

RAAHEE composed the melody for the track while Priya Saraiya wrote the words, and Zee Music Company is backing the release. The tune centers entirely on themes of companionship, past recollections, and deep connections built over a long time. In the accompanying video, actors Sunny Deol and Ravi Kishan appear as travelers whose mutual past and conversations form the main visual plot. This release serves as the very first preview of the movie's soundtrack ahead of its wide theatrical rollout.

Cast And Crew

M. Padmakumar directs the feature-length project, which has a scheduled release date of November 20, 2026. Kamal Mukut serves as presenter for the film. Meanwhile, Deepak Mukut, Hemmant Mukut, and Lokesh Mukut handle production duties.

Context

Soundtrack releases often serve as the primary marketing tool for upcoming Bollywood films months ahead of their actual theater openings. Bringing back veteran singers from past decades is a common strategy used by movie studios to generate nostalgia among older fans while introducing classic vocal styles to younger audiences.
