Hyatt Hotels Corporation and the Brigade Group have signed management agreements to add about 600 rooms to Bengaluru with two new Hyatt Regency hotels.
First Hotel
The first property, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park, will sit inside a 25‑acre integrated business ecosystem. It will offer roughly 350 guestrooms and suites and provide around 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The project is being carried out under an agreement with Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited.
Second Hotel
The second hotel, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield‑Kadugodi Road, will be part of a premium mixed‑use township. Developed through a management deal with Ananthay Properties Private Limited, a Brigade Group entity, it will contain about 250 guestrooms and suites. Its event facilities include a ballroom of more than 10,000 square feet, a pre‑function area and additional meeting rooms. Combined, the two hotels will contribute roughly 600 rooms to Bengaluru’s hotel inventory. The expansion reflects the city’s push to cater to increasing corporate events and conferences. Both projects are expected to boost local employment during construction and operation.
Context
Bengaluru’s growing business‑travel demand has encouraged major hotel chains to expand their presence, making the new Hyatt Regency openings a notable addition to the city’s hospitality landscape.
