PVR Inox offers free plate of pav bhaji with four tickets for upcoming film Drishyam The Conclusion

PVR Inox has announced a special promotional offer for the upcoming film Drishyam The Conclusion, giving a free plate of pav bhaji to anyone who purchases four tickets.

The Offer Details

On September 27, the cinema chain shared the announcement on its social media handles. The promotional deal applies to bookings for the third installment of the Drishyam franchise. The offer includes terms and conditions and is available only at select PVR Inox properties.

Franchise Connection

The food item holds a special place in the movie series. In the 2015 film Drishyam, the main character Vijay Salgaonkar, played by Ajay Devgn, and his family repeatedly claimed they ate pav bhaji on October 2. The detail turned into a major running joke and meme trend among fans. The new film is also scheduled to hit theatres on October 2.

Director's Take

Director, writer and producer Abhishek Pathak spoke about potential food brand tie-ups ahead of the release. He stated that the marketing team handles such decisions regarding restaurant partnerships and in-theatre food delivery. Pathak expressed hope that audiences will watch the movie on October 2 and enjoy some pav bhaji afterward.

Context

Movie chains frequently use creative promotional campaigns and food tie-ups to attract larger crowds during major festival and holiday releases. The Drishyam series has built a strong cultural footprint through its memorable plot points, making food-related promotions a natural fit for fan engagement.
