Bihar Board Releases 2026 STET Dummy Admit Card, Download Open Till Sept 30

The Bihar School Examination Board has issued the dummy admit card for the 2026 Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET). Candidates can download the hall ticket from the board’s official portal at stetregistration.cbrt.co.in. The correction window for any errors will remain open until September 30, 2026. The dummy ticket is available to all applicants who have already registered for the exam. For Paper 1, candidates need a graduation degree with at least 50 % marks in the relevant subject plus a B.Ed., and the paper selects teachers for grades 9 and 10. For Paper 2, a master’s degree in the relevant subject together with a B.Ed. is required, and it appoints teachers for grades 11 and 12; a special provision also applies to B.Ed. in Computer Science. Applicants belonging to SC, ST, EBC, BC or the disabled receive a five‑percent relaxation in the qualification marks. The board advises candidates to check the official website for complete details. In related news, the IIT GATE 2027 registration deadline has been extended to October 5, and registrations can be made at gate2027.iitm.ac.in. The release was covered by education journalist Papri Chanda, Deputy Chief Content Producer at Hindustan Times Digital.
