Recruiters ranged from global banks like Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase to consulting giants including Accenture Strategy, Bain & Company, BCG, McKinsey, Oliver Wyman and Strategy&. Private‑equity participants featured Blackstone, Ares Management and Catamaran, while American Express and Cranmore Partners joined the cards‑finance cohort, with some roles based in Singapore and Hong Kong. The second cluster on October 27 presented more than 75 openings covering advertising, media, large conglomerates, consumer‑goods makers, service firms, fashion houses, financial‑platform providers, pharma‑health firms, real‑estate developers and retail/e‑commerce players. Companies such as Aditya Birla Group, Hindustan Unilever, Nestlé, Amazon, Myntra and Raymond were among the recruiters. The final cluster on October 30 added over 70 roles in analytics and IT consulting, artificial‑intelligence, banking and insurance, consumer electronics, enterprise technology, infrastructure, logistics, niche consulting, renewable‑energy projects and NGOs. Tata Consultancy Services led hires in analytics, while Microsoft, Hexaware and Sprinklr participated in enterprise technology, and Axis Bank and Kotak Mahindra were key banking recruiters. ## Context The placement season is an annual feature of IIM Ahmedabad’s two‑year MBA, linking students with a spectrum of industries and helping firms tap fresh talent before the final campus recruitment cycle.
