Brokerage firm Choice Broking has chosen specific Indian technology stocks as smart options for traders. This selection comes right after Accenture released its latest business numbers and just before local firms report their second-quarter earnings.
Stock Picks
For large companies, the firm prefers Tata Consultancy Services and Tech Mahindra. Among mid-sized firms, it suggests buying Coforge and Mphasis. Even so, the brokerage warns that the upcoming year may see slow growth for the sector due to lower IT spending and pricing pressure.
Market Performance
Tata Consultancy Services shares rose slightly by zero point forty-four percent over five days, but dropped nearly ten percent in a month. Tech Mahindra gained nearly one percent recently and has grown six percent over six months. Coforge shares went up two percent this week and boast a gain of over fourteen percent for the year. Mphasis saw a small weekly gain of zero point seventy-three percent, though its yearly performance remains down by over sixteen percent.
Accenture Results
Accenture posted fourth-quarter revenue of eighteen point seven billion dollars, beating market estimates of eighteen point zero four billion dollars. The firm also reported a six percent rise in yearly revenue to seventy-four point two billion dollars and gave a positive outlook for fiscal year twenty-seven.
Context
Major Indian technology service providers often move in tandem with global giants like Accenture because they share similar international clients. Shifts in corporate tech budgets across western markets directly dictate the financial health and stock performance of these firms.
