Leaked Images Reveal Design Changes For Upcoming Realme 17T 5G Smartphone
Reported by Rohit Yadav (Staff Writer) · Livemint - Technology ·

Leaked live images of the unreleased Realme 17T 5G have surfaced online, showing a redesigned rear camera module and thinner display bezels. The upcoming device is expected to succeed the Realme 16T 5G as a budget-friendly option in India within the broader Realme 17 product family.
Design Changes
The leaked photos show the phone from both the front and back. The front keeps a punch-hole selfie camera just like the previous model, but the display bezels look thinner, especially at the bottom edge. On the back, the camera module keeps its square shape, but the sensors and LED flash are now arranged inside two parallel, pill-shaped compartments. The leaked test unit is black, though other color options are expected when it officially launches.
Background and Context
Realme has not yet confirmed the existence of the device, nor has the company announced its release date, exact specifications, or retail price. However, looking at the previous Realme 16T 5G gives a general idea of the hardware tier, as that older model featured a 6.8-inch display, a large battery with wired charging, and an entry-level processor. Brands frequently use leaked live images and early manufacturing leaks to build consumer interest and gauge market excitement ahead of a product rollout.
