Shares of OnEMI Technology Solutions, the parent company of digital lender Kissht, climbed nearly seven percent during Thursday's trading session. The stock rally followed the company's announcement that its assets under management have crossed the ₹10,000 crore mark. The milestone was announced in a press release after market hours on Wednesday.
Fundraise Details
This growth follows a recent ₹832 crore fundraise secured by the company. According to BSE filings, the board approved the allotment of over 2.64 crore equity shares through a preferential issue on a private placement basis. Kissht operates as a full-stack digital lending platform that uses data and artificial intelligence across its lending operations. Ranvir Singh, Chairman, Director and CEO of Kissht, stated that crossing the ₹10,000 crore AUM level is a proud moment built on disciplined underwriting and a scalable platform.
Stock Performance
During Thursday's intraday trade, the stock traded over seven percent higher at ₹338.60 per share on the BSE, giving the company a market capitalisation of ₹6,030.94 crore. Earlier in the year, the stock touched a 52-week high of ₹388.25 and a low of ₹190.35.
Context
Digital lenders in India often rely heavily on technology-driven credit models to expand financial access across different regions. Crossing major asset milestones like this typically reflects rapid scaling in the fintech sector.
