Shehzad Poonawalla Wins Rise And Fall 2, Claims ₹35 Lakh Prize

Shehzad Poonawalla, a political figure, clinched the title on Amazon Prime's reality series Rise And Fall 2, walking away with the trophy and a cash prize of ₹35 lakh. He announced that the full amount will be handed over to the chief minister's flood relief fund. The show, hosted by former cricketer Virender Sehwag, wrapped up after a six‑week run on Friday. Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, known for her role in Naagin 7, finished as the first runner‑up. Bigg Boss 8 champion Gautam Gulati took third place, while actress Swara Bhasker placed fourth and Karan Patel ended the competition in fifth position. Shehzad entered the game amid a rivalry with Swara Bhasker, but the two later became allies on screen. Early in the series his clash with contestant Siwet Tomar grabbed headlines. Throughout the contest he was described as outspoken and a strategic player, forming a friendship with Tej Pratap Yadav, sparring with Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and navigating a tense relationship with Gautam Gulati. Rise And Fall pits participants into two camps – workers who try to climb toward the basement and rulers who aim to keep themselves from falling. Over six weeks the group of twenty‑one contestants, including Kajal Raghwani, Manish Kashyap, Kaira Anu, Niharika Tiwari, Raj Grover and others, vied for survival under the show's shifting rules.
