Call of Duty Mobile Marks Seventh Year with Verdansk Map and Ford Racing Partnership

Call of Duty: Mobile launches its Season 10 update on November 11 at 7 pm Eastern Time to celebrate its seventh anniversary. The Call of Duty team announced these upcoming changes through its official website on November 4.

Battle Royale Changes

The update brings the large Verdansk map featuring more than 15 points of interest, including Superstore, Airport, Storage Town, Dam, Scrapyard, Train Station, TV Station, Promenade, Hospital, Downtown, Park, Port, Prison, Farmland, Stadium, Lumber, Quarry and Military Base. Players can deploy parachutes during matches instead of using the wingsuit system. New mechanics allow players to shoulder-bash doors open and drag downed teammates while reviving them. The update also updates movement mechanics, airborne controls, third-person animations for Verdansk and DMZ, user interface, lobby scenes, and in-game contracts.

Rewards and Events

A story-based event on the map lets players earn a Ghost Operator Skin and a Legendary Assault Rifle Blueprint. Season 10 introduces two Mythic Drops named Means to an End and Botanist. The Means to an End drop features the Mythic Alias Shattered Effigy Operator Skin, the Legendary ICR-1 Effigy Assault Rifle Blueprint and a Spin Kick Emote. The Botanist drop includes the Mythic Signal 50 Exobotanica Sniper Rifle Blueprint, the Tempest Exo Botanist Operator Skin and the RAM-7 Chlorophyll Bloom Assault Rifle Blueprint. Players also receive anniversary Battle Pass rewards like Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, and Calling Cards.

Ford Racing and Equipment

A collaboration with Ford Racing starts a week after the Season 10 launch. This task-based event offers over 20 rewards through activities like logging in, playing matches, and getting kills. Rewards include the Urban Tracker Pit Crew Operator Skin, Rallycar Sports Mode Vehicle Skin, and DRH Command Console Weapon Blueprint. Players can also find Ford-themed vehicles like the Ford Mustang GTD and F-150 Raptor through contracts in Verdansk. The update introduces the Signal 50 Sniper Rifle for long-range combat. Equipment names also change, with Scorestreaks becoming Field Assets and Wildcards turning into Perks.
