Actor Ajay Devgn has expanded his real estate investments by purchasing a 2.05-acre plot of agricultural land in Maharashtra for Rs 1.60 crores. Property papers from CRE Matrix show the land is situated in Bhoirwadi village within the Karjat taluka of the Raigad district.

Transaction Details

The sale deal was completed and registered on October 29, 2026. The documents list Rashid Hasanmiya Patel as the seller and use the actor's legal name, Ajay alias Vishal Veeru Devgan, as the buyer. The total area of 0.829 hectares breaks down to roughly Rs 78 lakhs for each acre. Along with the purchase price, Devgn paid Rs 9.6 lakhs for stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as a registration fee, bringing the base transaction cost to about Rs 1.70 crores. Records indicate the payment went through banking channels using multiple instalments.

Property Portfolio

This new purchase joins a long list of residential and commercial properties held by the actor. His past investments include a Juhu bungalow bought with his mother Veena Devgn for Rs 47.5 crores in 2021, which was later rented out to Florian Hurel Salon Private Limited. In 2023, he also spent Rs 45.09 crores on five office units in the Signature building located in Oshiwara, Andheri West. He has rented out parts of this commercial space to firms like Kabir Khan Entertainment and Bombay Design Centre Private Limited.

Context
