Adhventha Hospital in Bengaluru has opened admissions for its 18-month Fellowship in Neuro and Vascular Interventional Radiology for the 2026-2027 academic year. The Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, or RGUHS, has given its official accreditation to this specialised programme. The hospital's Department of Radio-diagnosis and Interventional Radiology is running the course under the guidance of course director and senior consultant Bhaskar M.V. Students will receive practical training in several advanced medical procedures. These include non-vascular, vascular, and neuro-interventional treatments such as embolisation, onco-interventions, laser treatment for varicose veins, and acute stroke interventions. Trainees will also learn aneurysm coiling and arteriovenous malformation embolisation. The hospital has opened only two seats for this batch. Doctors who hold an MD or DNB degree in Radiology can apply for these positions. The selection process involves a merit examination followed by a personal interview. Applicants must submit their forms by October 19. The entrance examination is scheduled for October 22, and the merit list will come out on the next day, October 23. Classes for the chosen candidates will officially start on November 1. Interested doctors can find the application forms on the hospital website.
