Actor Ronit Roy has taken a commercial office space on lease in Mumbai for a total rent of Rs 1,39,24,584 over a five-year period. The 950-square-foot property is located on the fourth floor of Vastu Prestige near City Mall in Andheri West. The leave-and-licence agreement was registered on June 12, with the lease starting on July 10 and running until July 9, 2031, for a total tenure of 60 months. The office has been leased to Kerawi Care (OPC) Private Limited, with director Vandana Verma representing the company, while Roy acts as the licensor. The property carries a monthly rent of Rs 2.1 lakhs and a security deposit of Rs 6.5 lakhs. The agreement includes an annual rent increase of 5 percent and a lock-in period of 36 months for both parties. Roy is responsible for property taxes, maintenance charges, and non-occupancy charges, while the tenant pays for electricity based on actual use. The agreement does not include any designated car parking space. This adds to Roy's other property holdings in Mumbai, which include a 4,258-square-foot apartment in the Lodha Versova project bought in 2024 for Rs 18.94 crores and a family home in Versova expanded by acquiring adjoining apartments.
