Actor Keegan Allen suffered head injuries after being ambushed by two armed men outside a grocery store in West Hollywood on Thursday night.

The Attack

The thirty-seven-year-old star of 'Pretty Little Liars' was putting items into his truck parked near the Laurel Supply grocery store on Santa Monica Boulevard when two masked individuals wearing all-black clothing approached him. One assailant struck him in the head multiple times with a firearm, while the other threatened him with a knife. The attackers stole his watch during the brazen mugging, though they left behind a bracelet and a ring on his bloodied arm.

Aftermath And Police Response

A representative for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office confirmed the details of the crime. Paramedics arrived at the location to treat Allen for a head laceration, and he later went to a hospital where he suspected he had suffered a concussion. The actor shared video footage and details of the frightening ordeal on social media, declaring that the area is no longer safe and publicly questioning local leaders about crime rates and city surveillance technology.
