The latest financing builds on earlier support from Syndicate Finance, which extended a ₹ 50 crore secured loan to the company in May 2025. The aggregate financing extended by Syndicate Finance to Avisirah Technologies now totals ₹ 125 crore. The ₹ 75 crore facility has been extended following Syndicate Finance's due-diligence and credit appraisal process, which evaluated the project, proposed deployment of funds, and information submitted by the company. Avisirah Technologies also plans to raise an additional ₹ 125 crore during 2027-28, subject to project milestones and credit approvals. If completed as planned, the financing could support up to ₹ 250 crore in funding for the data centre development programme. The data centre, a greenfield facility in the Navi Mumbai belt, will be developed in two phases and deliver approximately 5.5 MW of IT load. The facility is being developed to provide high-performance computing capacity to meet growing demand for Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, and data-intensive applications. According to Mr. Suresh Gurav, Director of Avisirah Technologies, 'AI is fundamentally changing the scale and nature of computing infrastructure required by businesses.' The ₹ 75 crore financing will primarily be used to progress land acquisition, infrastructure development, equipment procurement, and working capital requirements for the project.
