Company Views And Context
Chief Executive Officer Hrishikesh Parandekar stated that the strong performance reflects the resilience of the business, driven by good demand for new and ongoing housing projects. He noted that while demand has softened in the near term across the broader market, particularly in Pune, the company has maintained strong business momentum. Parandekar also added that the long-term outlook for India's housing market remains positive due to urbanisation, rising aspirations, and a growing preference for quality homes. The Pune-based real estate firm has built over 82 projects covering more than 34 million square feet across Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, with global investment firm Blackstone holding a 40 per cent stake in the company.
