The 2026 Toyota Glanza facelift has been launched shortly after its Maruti Suzuki counterpart entered the market. The update offers seven exterior colours, adding two new shades to the existing mono‑tone range. Digital Teal Green is a fresh, vivid hue that breaks away from the usual muted tones. Bluish Black shifts its shade according to surrounding light, while Insta Blue provides a bright yet restrained look. Sportin Red makes the black trim pieces stand out, and Enticing Silver is a safe, understated choice. Gaming Grey serves as the only other dark option, and Café White remains the most unassuming colour. The refreshed Glanza is available in five trim levels. Buyers can choose between an 83 hp petrol engine and a 70 hp CNG unit, each offered with a manual or an AMT gearbox. New interior comforts include ventilated seats and a Clarion audio system. Safety and convenience have been boosted with tyre pressure monitoring (TPMS) and Level 2 advanced driver‑assist systems (ADAS).
Context
The Glanza is Toyota’s compact hatchback built on the same platform as the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, targeting Indian city drivers who want modern features at an affordable price. The addition of new colours and tech upgrades aims to keep the model competitive in a crowded segment.
