Dutch train services hit by suspected sabotage across multiple areas

Parts of the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, face major rail problems after suspected sabotage on the railway tracks. ProRail, the country's railway operator, told passengers in the centre and north to expect cancellations and delays on Tuesday. Several level crossings also stopped working properly due to the issue. Local media reported that pipes were tied to the tracks in several spots. ProRail stated that the trouble looked like an intentional disruption caused by human action. The operator also noted that no suspects or motives were found yet.
