Train services in Netherlands hit by track sabotage

UPDATE - follow-up to Suspected sabotage causes major Netherlands rail disruption: Parts of the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, face major rail disruption after suspected sabotage on the tracks, according to the country's railway infrastructure operator ProRail. ProRail warned that passengers in the centre and north of the country should expect cancellations and delays on Tuesday. The closure of some level crossings could also cause disruption to roads. Local media reported that pipes were attached to the tracks in multiple locations. ProRail stated that the incident appeared to be an intentional disruption caused by human action. The operator added that no suspects have been caught yet.
