HD Fire Protect has reached the third and final day of its public share subscription on October 15, 2026. The share offering is worth 712.31 crore rupees and is structured entirely as an offer for sale. By the end of the second day, investors had booked 16.50 times the total shares on offer. This strong early interest came mainly from retail buyers and non-institutional investors. The price band for the shares is set between 258 rupees and 271 rupees, while the grey market premium stands at 33 percent.
Context
An initial public offering lets a private company sell its shares to the public for the first time to raise money. The grey market premium is an unofficial indicator of how well a stock might perform when it finally lists on the stock exchange.
