SS Retail has secured ₹146 crore from anchor investors as it gears up for its September 16 IPO. Domestic mutual funds bought the largest share of the anchor book. ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and Kotak Mutual Fund topped the list of buyers in the round. The firm runs a multi‑brand retail chain that sells electronics and mobile phones. Anand Rathi Advisors and Emkay Global Financial Services are handling the IPO process. Subscription will open on September 16 for the public offering.
